Defective Product

We understand it is possible to receive a defective product, and we want you to receive a new correct non defective product. For defective boots, the procedures are below

Steps to obtain a defective Boot RA and free shipping return label after having the product for 30 days or less
  • Email help@workbootsusa.com your name, order number, boot sku, and the defect
  • We will contact the manufacturer for you to obtain your defective boot RA and issue you a return shipping label. This may take a few days
  • Once the boots are returned to the manufacturer it may take 1-3 weeks for inspection of your product
  • If deemed defective, a new pair will be sent to you, however if the product is not found defective, the original pair will be shipped back to you with an $11 shipping fee. If the boots are not returned by the manufacturer, you will receive a refund, less the original shipping fee's, and the defective boot Shipping label fee.

  • We will contact the manufacturer for you to obtain your defective boot RA and issue you a return shipping label. This may take a few days
  • Once the boots are returned to the manufacturer it may take a 1-3 weeks for inspection of your product
  • If the boots is found defective, and a price increase has occurred from the time of original order, you would be responsible for the cost difference in the product. We will work with customers to minimize this expense.
  • if the product is not found defective, the original pair will be shipped back to you with an $11 shipping fee. If the boots are not returned by the manufacturer, you will receive a refund, less the original shipping fee's, and the defective boot Shipping label fee.
  • If the return label is not used within 14 days of it being issued, the Defect RA may be cancelled, or void. To prevent this, we ask, as stated in the Defective Return email, that you ship the defects within 14 days of the email being sent. Your refund will reflect the price of the boot less any reductions in the cost, shipping fees, or percentage reduction issued back for credit due any of the following reasons.

  • Defective boots were not shipped within the 14 day period of the Defect RA being emailed
  • RA number was not clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • Boots are considered mistreated, or warn outside of standard practice by the manufacturer
  • Boots fall outside of the manufacturer warranty, and has diminishing value and life on boots
